Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Apapacho, operated by Apapacho, LLC, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our app.

This public marketing website does not collect personal information. It has no forms, no account creation, no analytics, and no tracking. The mobile Apapacho service may collect the information described below when it becomes available and you use it.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: name, age, email, authentication provider.
Profile information: photos, bio, preferences, interests, connection style, and dating preferences.
Location data: city, state, country, and location coordinates when permission is granted.

8. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain your data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service.

When you delete your account, your profile disappears from Apapacho’s user-facing areas immediately and you lose access to your connections, chats, and other in-app data.

After deletion, Apapacho may retain limited backend information for up to 90 days for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, abuse investigation, and audit purposes. We do not erase all of this information immediately.

Safety reports, bans, legal holds, preservation requests, or unresolved incidents may extend retention beyond 90 days for as long as reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with the law, or resolve an investigation.

9. Age Restriction

Apapacho is only for users 21 years and older.

10. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy.

Continued use of the app means you accept the changes.
