Apapacho – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use Apapacho.

By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

If you do not meet this requirement, you must not use the app.

2. User Responsibility

You are responsible for your behavior, the content you share, and your interactions with other users.

You agree to use Apapacho in a respectful, honest, and safe way.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Impersonate someone else.
• Share false or misleading information.
• Upload illegal, explicit, hateful, violent, or offensive content.
• Use the app for scams, spam, prostitution, trafficking, exploitation, or commercial abuse.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform.
• Engage in, promote, recruit for, facilitate, aid, abet, encourage, or coordinate human trafficking, sexual exploitation, prostitution, grooming, coercion, abuse, stalking, violence, or any other illegal activity.
• Solicit, advertise, offer, purchase, or facilitate sexual services, escort services, commercial sexual activity, or interactions designed primarily for sexual gratification.
• Create, upload, request, distribute, or possess content that sexually exploits or endangers a minor, or attempt to groom or sexually communicate with a minor.
• Encourage another person to commit abuse, exploitation, harassment, violence, self-harm, or another violation of these Terms.

Violation of these rules may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent account deletion.

4. Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload.

By using Apapacho, you grant Apapacho permission to display, store, process, and use your content only as needed to operate, improve, and protect the app.

We may remove content that violates these Terms, our safety standards, or applicable laws.

5. Safety Disclaimer

Apapacho does not guarantee connections, compatibility, relationships, emotional outcomes, or offline experiences.

We do not fully verify the identity, intentions, background, or behavior of every user.

Any interaction with another user, inside or outside the app, is at your own risk.

Always use your judgment when chatting, sharing information, or meeting someone in person.

6. Offline Meetings

You are responsible for your own safety when meeting other users offline.

We recommend meeting in public places, telling someone you trust where you are going, and avoiding sharing sensitive personal information too early.

7. Payments and Features

Apapacho is currently free to use. No paid plan is available at this time.

Apapacho may offer optional paid features in the future.

Paid features do not guarantee connections, conversations, dates, relationships, compatibility, or any specific outcome.

Apapacho does not sell chat credits and does not charge users per message.

Features, prices, subscriptions, and availability may change over time.

8. Account Management

We may suspend, restrict, or delete accounts if we detect violations of these Terms, suspicious behavior, abusive conduct, harmful activity, or legal risk.

We may also remove content that we believe is unsafe, inappropriate, or harmful to the community.

9. Termination and Account Deletion

You may stop using Apapacho at any time, and you may delete your account from inside the app.

When you delete your account, your profile disappears from Apapacho’s user-facing areas immediately and you lose access to your connections, chats, and other in-app data.

Apapacho may retain limited backend information for up to 90 days after deletion for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, abuse investigation, and audit. Safety reports, bans, legal holds, preservation requests, or unresolved incidents may extend retention beyond 90 days for as long as reasonably necessary.

We may also suspend or terminate your access if necessary to protect users, the platform, or to comply with legal obligations.

10. Limitation of Liability

Apapacho is provided "as is" and "as available."

Apapacho is not responsible for user behavior, emotional outcomes, offline interactions, damages, losses, injuries, scams, or negative experiences resulting from use of the app.

You use the platform at your own discretion and risk.

11. Privacy

Your use of Apapacho is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make changes, we may notify users through the app or by other reasonable means.

Continued use of Apapacho after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
